Late Arrivals: All passengers should arrive for check – in no later than 45 minutes prior to departure time. Unfortunately, we are not accountable for latecomers and have the right to release the flight as planned.
Cancellation Policy by Passengers: A 100% refund will be granted if the tour is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to departure and a 50 % refund will be granted if the tour is cancelled 24 to 48 hours prior to departure.
No refund will be granted for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.
Cancellation by Falcon Tours Services: If the tour had to be cancelled due to the weather conditions of technical problems, the customer will be notified through a phone call or email. A full refund can be granted, or a reschedule booking can be arranged.
Refund Policy: The refund process will require completing and signing a refund form that is accompanied with supporting documents. The refunded amount will reflect in the provided bank account within 7 working days.
Conditions of Carriage: Falcon Tours reserves the right to offload any passengers or any item if it is suspected to be unsafe, or may be harmful to the aircraft, crew, or passengers.
Very Important: Smoking, food, and beverages are prohibited on our helicopter flights.
Insurance: Passengers are insured in congruence with the local UAE Civil Aviation regulations.
Timings: Subject to prevailing weather conditions, we operate daily around the year from 10 AM to 6 PM from Atlantis the Palm Helipad.
