Please arrive 30 mins early to avoid last-minute hassle at the ticket line.
Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes in the elevator queue.
You can cancel these tickets up to 48 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.
Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you’re inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory
Cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the travel date without incurring any cancellation charges.
The policy applies to all the future bookings so please make sure to cancel any booking 72 hours prior of the travel date, if required
