- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
- For each adult ticket, one infant (under three years) receives a complimentary ticket.
- Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.

- The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis official operational timings are 5:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 0:00 AM Midnight till October.

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
a) Children below 3 years of age will be considered infant. b) Children between 3 to 11 years will be charged child rate. c) Above 12 Year will be considered as Adult.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in the flight experience, but want to watch their family, can purchase a lounge access ticket on-site for AED 40 and enjoy a beverage while waiting. Please note that there are limited spaces available in the lounge.
