Itinerary

Day 1 | Makkah

  • Arrive in Madinah via your pre-arranged flight.
  • Greet and Meet service at the airport.
  • Shared Transfer (SIC Basis) to your hotel in Madinah (Infinity Hotel Ajyad or similar).
  • Check-in to the hotel and rest after your journey.

    • Day 2 | Makkah

  • After breakfast, proceed for Ziyarah in Makkah.
  • Visit the Masjid al-Haram and offer prayers.
  • Visit other significant religious sites in Makkah, if time permits.
  • Return to the hotel and spend time in prayers and reflection.

    • Day 3 | Makkah

  • Enjoy a free day in makka to engage in personal prayers and reflection.
  • Perform Umrah (Tawaf and Sa'i) upon arrival, if you haven't performed it already.
  • Rest and relax at the hotel The day is at your leisure.

    • Day 4 | Madinah

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Makkah.
  • Shared Transfer (SIC Basis) to your hotel in Madinah (Sky View Hotel or similar).
  • Check in to the hotel and rest after your journey.
  • Perform prayers and spend time at the Prophet's Mosque (Masjid Nabawi).

    • Day 5 | Madinah

  • After breakfast, proceed for Ziyarah in Madinah.
  • Visit the Prophet's Mosque and offer prayers.
  • Visit other significant sites in Madinah, such as Quba Mosque and Qiblatain Mosque.
  • Return to the hotel and spend the evening at your leisure.

    • Day 6 | Madinah

  • After breakfast, check-out from the hotel in Madinah.
  • Shared Transfer (SIC Basis) to the airport for your departure flight.

    • In case FIT flight inclusive package, full amount of flight will be payable at the time of booking.
    • For Air tickets being issued/blocked on time limit: Full UAE AED component to be collected before issuance,else price will be subject to change.
    • Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
    • All Hotels Rooms are subject to availabilit
    • We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
    • Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable.
    • Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.

    • For low-profession applications, a mandatory undertaking letter is required from the agency/client.
    • Above mentioned package rates are based on per person basis.
    • We are not holding any rooms against this quote, confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of firm booking.
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at the time of check-in/check-out.
    • All Packages are non-refundable and non-amendable once confirmed.
    • The above price does not include any Hotel convention surcharges (if any) & Incidentals and rates are subject to the availability of rooms.
    • The hotels mentioned are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and are not guaranteed. Hence, if not available, a similar category will be provided.
    • Since this passenger is under your own responsibility, In case of overstay the absconding fee of AED 25,000/- will be charged to the agent/client account.
